RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
However if you are dissatisfied with your order of stock items for any reason you can return your items in original packaging for prompt refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. You will be credited for the full amount (excluding freight). This policy does not apply to special manufacture.
RETURNS FOR SPECIAL MANUFACTURE
- Returns for special manufacture items will only be accepted if errors or omissions occur.
- Before returning you need to contact Imprint Rubber Stamps to receive Return Authorisation
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of orders must be received by the next working day from order date. If the item you have ordered has been shipped or manufacture commenced the order cannot be cancelled.
